Procollagen I N-Terminal Propeptide (PINP) is closely related to a variety of bone metabolic diseases, bone metastases and multiple myeloma. PINP has very low circadian and biological variation, is not affected by food intake.PINP is a sensitive bone turnover marker, and monitoring PINP can reflect the state of bone destruction and repair in the body.
