| TGM2

Glutamine transaminase 2 (TGM2) is a protein coding gene. It is an enzyme involved in cross-linking.TGM2 is found in a variety of cellular compartments, including the plasma membrane, nucleus and cell membrane. Its primary role is to construct the extracellular matrix, particularly in response to injury, but its exact activity depends on the cell type. Diseases associated with TGM2 include herpes zoster and alopecia areata solar dermatitis. Its associated pathways include the phospholipase-C pathway and Ca, cAMP, and lipid signaling pathways.

| Recovery

The recovery of Rat TGM2 spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.
