| DCN

Core protein, also known as decorin (DCN), is a protein encoded by the DCN gene. It is a proteoglycan with an average molecular weight of 90-140 kilodaltons (kDa). Belonging to the small leucine-rich proteoglycan (SLRP) family, it consists of a protein core containing leucine-rich repeats and glycosaminoglycan (GAG) chains composed of chondroitin sulfate (CS) or dermatan sulfate (DS). As a small cellular or pericellular matrix proteoglycan, it is structurally closely related to biglycan.

The recovery of Mouse DCN spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.

| Linearity
