| HSPA4

The 70kDa heat shock protein 4 (HSPA4) is a protein encoded by the HSPA4 gene. Initially identified as a member of the heat shock protein 70 family, this gene product plays crucial biological roles. Diseases associated with HSPA4 include Chagas disease (American trypanosomiasis) and vulvovaginitis. Its related pathways encompass cellular response to heat stress and regulation of C-MYC transcriptional activation targets. HSPH1 represents an important paralog of this gene.

The recovery of Mouse HSPA4 spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.

| Linearity
