| SAA3

Serum amyloid A3 (SAA3) enables Toll-like receptor 4 binding activity and chemoattractant activity. Involved in response to stilbenoid. Acts upstream of or within several processes, including I-kappaB phosphorylation; cell chemotaxis; and cellular response to interleukin-1. Located in extracellular space. Is expressed in several structures, including cerebellum; ileum; liver; reproductive system; and thymus. Orthologous to human SAA3P (serum amyloid A3, pseudogene).

| Recovery

The recovery of Mouse SAA3 spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.
