| ADAMTS13

Metallopeptidase contains platelet reactive protein 13(ADAMTS13) also known as von Willebrand factor-cleaving protease (VWFCP)—is a zinc-containing metalloprotease enzyme that cleaves von Willebrand factor (vWf), a large protein involved in blood clotting. It is secreted into the blood and degrades large vWf multimers, decreasing their activity, hence ADAMTS13 acts to reduce thrombus formation.

| Recovery

The recovery of Mouse ADAMTS13 spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.

| Linearity

Samples were spiked with high concentrations of Mouse ADAMTS13 and diluted with Universal Diluent to produce samples with values within the range of the assay.
