| LAMC1

Laminin γ1 is a protein encoded by the LAMC1 gene. Laminins are a family of extracellular matrix glycoproteins and the major non-collagenous components of the basement membrane. They are involved in various biological processes, including cell adhesion, differentiation, migration, signaling, neuronal growth, and metastasis. Laminins are composed of three non-identical chains: laminin α, β, and γ (previously referred to as A, B1, and B2, respectively), which form a cruciform structure consisting of three short arms, each composed of a different chain, and a long arm formed by all three chains. Each laminin chain is a multi-domain protein encoded by a distinct gene.

The recovery of Human LAMC1 spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.

| Linearity

Samples were spiked with high concentrations of Human LAMC1 and diluted with Universal Diluent to produce samples with values within the range of the assay.
