HTRA4 (High-Temperature Requirement Factor A4) is a protein-coding gene that encodes a member of the HtrA serine protease family. The encoded protein contains several functional domains: (1) a putative signal peptide for secretion, (2) an insulin-like growth factor-binding domain, (3) a Kazal-type serine protease inhibitor domain, (4) a conserved trypsin-like protease domain, and (5) a PDZ protein interaction domain.
